The Great East Japan Earthquake on the Good Design Awards: Design for Reconstruction and New Life

Since the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, the Japan Institute of Design Promotion (JDP) has been supporting various forms of design for reconstruction through the Good Design Award.

This exhibition will graphically introduce 522 designs that received Good Design Awards from 6 prefectures in Tohoku and Ibaraki for 10 years from 2011 to 2020, and also introduce the designs that received Good Design Best 100 or more (and related designs) in detail, dividing them into first and second periods.
